Article 1 request for return for exchange or refund payable by the buyer. The returns (for exchange or refund) required by the buyer and accepted by HASCOR BURKINA are only for defective, damaged or with a defect that makes them unusable or unable to perform the functions for which they were purchased and this despite the support of our after-sales service You may not validly request a return for exchange or refund unless the item you purchased has a defect that makes it unusable, impossible to perform the function(s) for which it was purchased and that this defect is impossible to correct by our After Sales Service technicians. If you receive an item that has a defect, or is defective, unable to perform the function(s) for which it was purchased despite the support of our After Sales Service, please contact us by phone or email and provide details of the product and the defect. Or fill out and send us the return request form: We will then tell you how to return or exchange the product if necessary. We accept returns of new and unopened items under certain conditions. You can return or exchange unopened items still in their original packaging within 48 hours of your purchase, with a receipt or proof of purchase, but for this you will need to provide us with the reasons why you want to return or exchange the item. In this case the acceptance of the return or exchange is at our sole discretion. If more than 48 hours have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for your personal convenience. Article 3 process When we receive your item, we will examine it and notify you by phone or email, within a reasonable time, if you are entitled to a refund or an exchange If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price and a credit will be applied to the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges you have already paid are not refundable and refunded amounts will not include the cost of shipping.
Article 4: Exceptions - Items on sale are not refundable or exchangeable for personal convenience - Services are not refundable.
Article 5 shipping and transportation You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of your item. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. If your return is eligible for a refund, the refund will not include shipping and handling charges that may appear on the packing slip or invoice. You may still request our customer service for the transportation of the item to be returned and we will investigate in order to bring you support and satisfaction. |
